Shipping

Your purchase is normally packed and shipped within 48 hours on weekdays. Holiday orders are normally shipped on the following weekday. Normal delivery time is 3-5 working days.

During promotions the delivery of your order can be longer than usually. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.

Returning

We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You have an open purchase for 14 days from the time you receive the products. During that time, you can return the products and get your money back.

Always contact Olivia & Oliver's customer service before returning at admin@olivia-oliver.com and we will send you a return slip to print. You can return the products in the same package they came in as long as the package is intact. If the products are damaged or used, they cannot be returned.

The costs for returning your package are your responsibility.

Delivery costs

To reduce shipping costs and minimize our environmental impact, we strive to use mailbox parcel shipping whenever feasible. This approach depends on factors such as the number of items, weight, shipping carrier, and the destination country. In cases where mailbox parcel shipping is not available, or when products are too large or numerous, we will opt for standard shipping methods.
