Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on order values ​​higher than €50. For orders under €50, a shipping fee of €4,95 is added at checkout. We deliver the products with DHL.


Shipping

Your purchase is normally packed and shipped within 48 hours on weekdays. Holiday orders are normally shipped on the following weekday. Normal delivery time is 3-5 working days. 


Returning

We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You have an open purchase for 14 days from the time you receive the products. During that time, you can return the products and get your money back.

Always contact Olivia & Oliver's customer service before returning at info@oliviaandoliver.se and we will send you a return slip to print. You can return the products in the same package they came in as long as the package is intact. If the products are damaged or used, they cannot be returned.

For exchanges and returns, you are responsible for the return shipping of €4,95.
